Liked, but why did you bother cooking it:man_shrugging:

Habit. Also more photogenic for the socials

Rare? Medium? Well done? Lottie asked :slightly_smiling_face:

Medium Rare, no seasoning. It was only an 8 oz 21 day aged rump, nothing spectacular.

He didn’t seem that bothered when I waved it in his face when it was raw, but wolfed it down cooked.

Apparently this exists.

Saffron wants you to rescue her.

Ah, Claire bought a pot of something similar from a pet stall at a county show in the summer before Ruby died, because Ruby was starting to go off her brown rocks food a bit. Made no difference. We just made a little jug of reduced salt instant gravy instead and that worked.

Lottie and I discussed this last night, and she has suggested steak tartar next time, with maybe a side of caeser salad.

Trying to get this lad to sit still long enough to get a decent shot is nigh on impossible!

He’s such a sweet natured lad too Paul.

He’s starting to push a few boundaries now, as is to be expected, but nothing that’s anything close to being a problem.

I had a visitor this week, an old friend from University days. He had known all my previous old English sheepdogs but first meeting with Lottie.

so, this was the greeting that he received. Old Tart (dog, not friend).

Oh hello, come in and adore me. I do like tummy rubs, you can even share the settee with me. I’m not really a floosie, any treats in your pocket ?
Lovely looking girl, she’d have me wrapped round her doggy finger.
