Took Saffron to the disused golfist course which is now put to better use as a great place to walk doggos rather than badly dressed middle age men with sticks chasing little white balls.

Idea was to let her off lead and enjoy herself in the long grass, and test the limits of my influence to recall her whilst she’s following her big nose.

Well, what I learned was that she won’t necessarily come back on command consistently but even though she tears around and out of sight, she does come back every couple of minutes before bounding off again. So partial result

How do you think she’d be if there were sheep & lambs about? Does she chase stuff that moves ie birds, leaves etc?

She’s good in the house with the cats but when she’s out she goes ape over rabbits and squirrels. She’s been too excited to actually go catch one so far!

She’s been in fields with goats and lambs and she’s fine, just inquisitive rather than chasing down.

Loves horses which is to be expected.
