With that attitude you could get a job in govmint
Room first.
The thing about basements is you have to ensure they are dry and have some sort of airflow, otherwise it’s a damp rotting mess. My last house cost 30k to sort the basement, 35 x 18ft. Good luck.

Pair of Mezzo for you.Listed on UK audio mart.
Sure. But concrete floor + Size + Correct treatments and the speakers he already has would present very differently (Better sound, better room too)
Yeah, they’re genuine, definitely not a scam
Didn’t know they used EU schuko sockets in Cheshire?
Stalybridge is in Greater Manchester.
meh, manchester or cheshire, it’s all the same shite up north.
Probably a very expensive upgrade
Just buy these and use the money to sort the room.

StalyVegas lovely
not a scam, no, sure it isn’t, it’s totally straight
great way of having your music in almost every other room in the house all at the same time without a multi-room system
Build a 30 grand room and 8 grand plus the price of yours on speakers
If I could convert the space under the front of the house for £30k I’d snap yer hand off!
Access is either through the floor using a hatch which is under the carpet in the hall; via a coal square on the side of the house (in next doors alley); or through the blue arch gate and then a boarded up entrance to the left -
Is it damp down there then?
You need a bat pole for quick access
No idea as I haven’t had much chance to poke around. It is full of rubble though!
Jesus man! Where is your commitment?!
Audio man buys house with big fuck off space underneath it and does nuffink?
