They are - finally called it a night at 3am Saturday after a couple of Spotify playlists and watching an episode of Andor. The damage to a bottle of tonic (and accompanying spirit) told its own storyā€¦

I had an LL26 and MCU MK1 Graeme kindly went through it - nice vintage amp, not so easy to find.

These look a hoot, and sanely priced. Bet Tuffbobā€™s owned them at some pointā€¦

@Jim - one for you:

Not keen on the colour scheme but seems a good price including arm & cart.

One hell of a drive to collect though :rofl:

That seems expensive.

All of that would cost you around Ā£14k new so itā€™s half price, bit of haggling and I reckon heā€™d accept Ā£6-6.5k

No commitment :roll_eyes:

You could visit Thomas Mayer en route, he isnt far away un Lindau

Why is that Ā£14,000 new, is it a special?

Approx new prices:

Ā£10k for TT and arm
Ā£3k for the cart
Ā£1k for tonearm cable

Ah! The cable.

Would have looked good in my 80ā€™s bedroom and its red, black and grey colour scheme :slight_smile:

Better looking certainly, not sure about sounding?

Do you know if itā€™s suspended internally Dave?

No idea, Iā€™ve only had one DD turntable and that was the SP10 so for Ā£8400 Iā€™d probably be looking for a secondhand SP-10R
