Lovely house, I’m sure. Shame about the location though. It’s 200-odd metres from the very busy A34 (Oxford Western Bypass) and, sadly, outside it. There are hardly any road crossings over or under the bypass. So to drive towards Oxford (always a challenge, to be fair) you have to hack along Westminster Way, through the Botley underpass and then as far as you can along the Botley Road, which has been closed by the disastrous shitshow which is the railway bridge project for two years now and which it is hoped ‘might’ reopen to vehicles in August 2026.
I can understand why they might want to move.
