A few years ago I’d have said yes.

The DAC he is selling is fucking huge.
Heard a pair which looked rather like that at Munich a few years ago with Mayer electronics. Just no. Sorry to disappoint.
Some of the other designs sounded OK.

Gutted, they were on the list when I was looking at Devore o/96. They looked very cool.

The ribbon and that big bass/mid driver just didn’t integrate very well in the pair I heard.
I have heard other MvL speakers which have been much better
I didn’t have the best time with WVL speakers. In fact it was possibly the worst speaker experience I’ve endured.

I’ve also heard them in Munich on several occasions and each time have been unimpressed. Always much less than the sum of their parts. A shame as they look as if they should be good.
