You must be that Russian chap then, Oojanikabolukov?
You could replace them with Mpingo wood, then you wouldn’t resonate so badly. At least with three though, you can always lie nice and level , so that’s good
I think I met him during a visit to Chernobyl.
They make a great Newtons cradle.
Even more reason to swap - think of the satisfying sound of Mpingo wood knocking
Good point, it may even generate Schumann waves.
@Valvebloke could a laser be deployed to ‘do’ the warming so a man could aim it from his chair instead of getting up to toast his cartridge without frazzling the damper?
Design concept for that: Milty Zerostat with a Cocosan power supply.
When I borrow people’s Io, I stick a clipper lighter under the tip for 30 secs. Pretty sure it does the same thing, but without the burning smell I get.
You’d need a steady hand.
You might talk to these people. They got quite good at hitting expensive stuff at long (but not long enough) range. Your requirements should be more tractable. I believe the team may also be looking for work

Promoted with the kind of piano music that gets David Banner reaching for his tissues - Magnificent
Very, very frightening. But not in the way the concept people imagined. The light comes from a Chemical Oxygen Iodine Laser or COIL. My PhD supervisor summarised this as “a continuous explosion between two mirrors”. The purpose of the mirrors is to direct the power of the explosion out of your aircraft and into some other aircraft (e.g. a missile). It really isn’t clear which would be the safer aircraft to be in.

In a locked down world devoid of semi functioning branded Chinese pens it is heartening to see a company push the envelope and offer something beautifully branded and totally useless - Want factor is high ( @stu )
If you had a Cardas re-wired Well Tempered arm you could install one of these instead of the crappy sounding standard golfball the cheapskates use.

The cable/plug might be foo.
Gravity and a support to resist it is not.
At that price I’d make my own.
3d printer or birchply?
60 grand for 100ml.
Seems a good Investment
Got that wrong, around 20 grand, a snip.
