While we wait for Jarno to update the F1Manager game seconds before qualifying starts, I’ve decided to have a go at the revamped official game this season

When whoever owns the F1Manager league has the league refreshed after the launch, I can chuck the details into this post
I gave up on the game.
It seemed that whoever got lucky with the back of the grid teams at the beginning races got such an advantage that they were uncatchable.
Yup, you need a bit of an educated guess at the start of Jarno’s game
Last year many went for Haas, who were seriously quick per £. If you missed them you were screwed
Transfers are seriously expensive, so need to be minimised at all costs
The new Official game is gravitation toward an FPL style setup…but has shit loads of rules, chips and remarkably opaque price changes

However I am going to dive on to the other one now…

Seems everyone (on F1Manager) has gone for Fred from the start.
This is excellent - hopefully it’ll keep us closer together for longer

The fact that (in quali at least) he’s delivered on his early promise isn’t hurting either

The good news is I’m on the podium, just.
The bad news…there’s three teams.
