Arsenal are shite, aren’t they?
Yes
I like Ramsey but he’s been anonymous up to now. He should be running this against 10 men.
Worst Arsenal team for over 20 years.
Recent picture of Diego Costa chatting to a referee. Is he channeling his inner Captain Haddock these days?
I can hand on heart say I hope my team never reach the premier league. Even the championship , which we’re in with a shout of reaching again is a step too far with every team making a loss. We came very close to losing my team a few years back.
Football is in danger of disappearing up its own arse , sadly I think it’ll take one of the big clubs to go under before anything will change though.
The worst thing that ever happened was the champions league. A generation of football fans think that finishing top 2- 4 is success. They’ll look back in 20 years and think fuck me I’ve never seen my team lift a trophy. ( spurs )
I don’t watch any football on tv now. Even gave up on England.
OMG, peak Arsenal.
And that Mr Wenger, is why you’ve got the sack…
Will do extremely well to make the final now.
Forgot Ozil was playing til he just took the corner
Utter mediocrity…
Chatting with a colleague whose season ticket has gone up £120 to £1120. His two sons both have season tickets and they have chosen to go up a price bracket, and have incurred an increase of about £700
My brother has two season tickets and he chose to remain in a similar level seat to WHL, and his two have gone up by about £250 each.
Another colleague whose elderly parents have season tickets each, have incurred minor price rises.
Yes there are alot of high prices, and many fans are choosing to take better seats than before.
The allocation and pricing of season tickets has been quite complex. The people who are considered most loyal to the club, ie those that had held season tickets for longest, had the best choice and incurred the lowest price rises. The tickets were issued in tranches based on accumulation of loyalty points over the years.
I am still in the queue (about 25000) as I relinquished my season ticket about 10 years ago
I just learned today that my “OneSpurs” membership (allows me buy tickets before they go on general sale) has gone up from £40 to £48 pounds, if I want to keep my place in the season ticket queue or £43 if I don’t want to be in the queue
Never not gouge the fans
Are Liverpool still thinking of another stadium or are they planning to stay at Anfield for the forseeable? Any club that moves, unless they get given a free ground (West Ham, Man City) are going to have to claw back a large chunk of the cost from their supporters surely?
Liverpool are not moving, they are thinking of extending their stadium again.
Because our salaries are going up by 20% annually
Probably wise. I think Utd are also looking at how to increase the size of OT & overcoming the restraint of having the railway line on the South side of the ground. Tunnel perhaps.
We have a railway line at SB and we are building over it with the new Stadium. Cost projection of new Stadium now stands at £1.2 billion. We should buy Wembly instead.
He got an 8 in my paper this morning
