Yes, many, many times I have had to make people ill fitting suits. It still goes on… City guys, slebs, etc, etc. Everyone wants a suit that is spray painted on. Generally these days I find a balance, but some people literally ruin their clothes. The shorter a coat, the narrower it has to be to stop it looking boxy and I have been in the situation where I cut a short coat and then have to narrow it and then shorten it and then narrow it, until the guy looks like Norman fucking Wisdom and can’t move in it. Really great when they rip the arse out of it and then complain.
