So I told the wife that I’d spent half the afternoon looking at travel and accommodation, in a kind of “Should I?” way, and when I said “Eindhoven” she be like 
Hence it looks like I will have a travel buddy and she’ll be all industrial design while I’m drone / doom in Tilburg (20 minutes away).

That Roadburn (never heared of and never been there) is in a venue called 013 (the telephone access code for Tilburg), which imo is a cozy medium sized venue with a club atmosphere. Pay for the garage upfront and park on the lower decks if you want to leave swiftly after the concert.
(Edit: after 18:00 hrs push a button for the special tariff of EUR 6 to park.)

Got quite a lot of signed records and CDs over the years
It is quite nice when you play them at a later time as it reminds you of a good gig etc.
I doubt there is one instance where it has added any (monetary) value to the item

Good to hear it maybe a little less studied, and properly broadcast with a decent sound system.
Oslo Hackney isn’t a great place IMO but the musos always seem to rave about the PA.
Unfortunately my body gave up on me in multiple departments so I left a little early.
