Gigs I'm going to. The Gyroscope diaries

I enjoyed it thanks, but it was a bit strange hearing familiar songs played by someone else. I overanalysed it for a few minutes thinking are they a tribute or covers band and decided it didn’t matter.

I’m going to have to keep a close eye on the Barbican.

We now have £300 credit with them courtesy of several tickets for the Seagull (with Cate Blanchett, which I think contributed to the price) being returned.

The early acoustic set

The wife texted me 20 minutes in to see if I’d actually made it to the venue so I just held my phone up in the air. So here’s a completely unfiltered view of Pye Corner Audio, umm, somewhere in Shoreditch.

Also, words I think we can all learn something from, mkay?

Made my lad feel right at home at his first proper gig
The drummer gave him a go on the drums and his sticks to take home , made his day , he was absolutely bushed on the train home !
