Golf (aka, how to dress like a nonce)

You worry about anyone who has to be cut out of a car.

Terrible news; despite his going off the rails and generally dissolute behaviour I can’t but help admire how he pulled himself back into the top tier.

He sure is having it rough , only just had back surgery …fingers crossed he can recover enough …looks like severe leg injuries.

Oh dear :frowning:

It’s awful news. He’s had a lot of issues in his private life and it seemed he was making another comeback but this will scupper that, no doubt.

I hope he isn’t too badly injured, although it doesn’t sound good tbh.

Aside from the physical injury, I can’t imagine how this will affect him mentally.

Had a lovely round of golf on Saturday. 83 nett 70 for my first comp of the year is okay. Glad this new handicap system is all worked out for me.

Might watch a bit of Masters highlights later. Be nice that will.

You should have had it in all weekend instaed of doing the houswork

It won’t be for much longer if you keep doing that.

We have a young lady who does that sort of thing. We highly recommend it.

Maybe she could come and do my typing for me :grinning:

Played very well at The Addington on Friday night. Using the new golf England app, I was able to enter my score, which means I’m finally down to 18hc.

It is, hence the dramatic cut in hc.

Me too.

Today I have been finding more ways to spend money on foo.
TaylorMade came to my club yesterday and I went down to swish a few drivers.
My current driver is a Ping G25 and a 9 year old design.

I have just been fitted for a TM SIM2 8deg
0.75 deg upright
Fujikura Ventus Blue 5 shaft
S flex
0.25 inch length reduction

I am getting moist thinking about it

Is that a 1 wood in old money?

Yep :grinning:

I could never strike a good 1 wood.
3 wood and 5 iron seemed to be the clubs I used the best.
