Hosted for the first time yesterday. Cooked roast lamb (with anchovies and rosemary) and standard trimmings. Made burritos with the leftover lamb today. Mixed the leftover gravy with a tin of refried black beans and reduced it down

That’s the lamb finished off, used it up in a jalfrezi.
Was very tasty. I have a vague memory of a jalfrezi recipe, that i couldn’t find, using Worcestershire sauce, which I didn’t have, but the lamb was stuffed with anchovies so worked really well.
