They’re up for what he gave me in p/x so I can’t see him taking less than that for them.
I got them from a guy who had owned them from new and used them in his studio, he was a guitarist in some 70’s prog band called Argent.

rings a bell, he’s still playing/touring and said he setup his own band after Argent then went solo since then.
Nice guy but was a proper old rocker.

Decent bloke who I met in the early 80s. I really liked most of Argent’s output but they did tend to be too commercial for me…

Tbf, even I think they are a bit too visually challenged. I see from google images though it is possible to get them in a more cosmetically acceptable state. They also look fucking massive. I’ll do some research.
So far I’m most interested in the Heco Direkt although I’ve not yet found anyone who has them as close to the front wall as I would. They also have an “interesting” look, but if they’re ok that close to the wall at least they won’t stick out into the room too much.
Direkts have the ports underneath so can go right up against the wall. I had mine about 5mm from the back wall in the corners and sounded great

Hilarious, as I was visualising them in our bay window earlier today, with Vik or one of the girls putting their foot through the bass driver as they lean over to close the curtains. Oh, how we would chuckle.
