Are they real production amps or just mock ups like last year?
Not sure, they are celebrating their 40th so perhaps they will be cashing in with some new products?

The SME / 301 launch at Munich -
Oil bearing 301 paired with SME M2-12R tonearm in an SME plinth - £12,500.
Any news of any differences in the 301?
Seems an awful lot of money for a T/T that is almost as old as @Jim. Is the plinth lined with unicorn pubes?

It would seem that all of these are simply nicely refurbished old units but only available as a package with M12R and this plinth complete with its sorbothane pods or as Terry would want it . SME staff aren’t in a position to say what the long term plans are for making new motor units.
Not being played til this pm. System isn’t my cuppa tbh Pipe and slippers obligatory.
