That one! THAT ONE!
Are you wearing your ‘Tiocfaidh ár lá’ t-shirt and beanie combo?
I just got the train from Sydenham station.
Given the mural that faces onto the platform I suspect that that would have been a breathtakingly bad idea.
Obviously you just went for the black balaclava. A timeless classic.

Next years holiday plan is to drive the Alfa down to Genoa to visit the wife’s pen friend.
Current plan is to go down through Black Forest, Lucerne and through the Gotthard and past Como.
Different route on way back or stop at different places.
Car was fine pootling around France last year. Would have been nice to have had air on when the temp hit 39 though.
If the weather’s good you should definitely drive over the Gotthard pass rather than through the tunnel. Amazing scenery.
That would be a superb trip.
All that mountain pass stuff gives me the right heebijeebies.
Don’t even like going over the bridge at Dartford tbh.
Apart from being In Brugge in October, so far we are planning a European Xmas market for December, and York/Whitby with visiting Strayans in May 24.
A warm break somewhere Greek later next year is also on the cards.
There is a lovely pie shop in Whitby, Humble pie. Just sells pie, mash n peas. I like it.
The Quirky Den nearby was selling Theakstons Old Pec from wood casks. Was designated driver so didn’t go in. Next time maybe.
Will be back to Cologne at the end of Nov, and we are looking in to having wifey fly over for the weekend for Christmas market thing. Might be nice that.
We have just arrived in Cornwall, and it’s raining. I was amazed at the huge amount of traffic on the M5, long tailbacks in both directions.
The cottage we have rented is excellent and very quiet as it’s situated in the grounds of a country estate, 30 acres I believe, Zack is keen to explore.
That looks very nice

We just had a very quick walk around part of the estate before it pissed down
The main house doesn’t look too shabby.
Well, not only did it stop raining but the sun came out, so we went to explore a bit more of the grounds.
