How do you feel? (Part 1)

It was quite amusing

A paperweight was all I could manage.

Nope, home schooling only.

Maddie is majoring on crosswords and sudoku, Hildur is learning to play the accordian and crochet merkins.

Nope. I’ve just got Squeaky to perform back flips while reciting Pi to the 20th digit :+1:

Thought I might go back to see if I could improve on the Grade 4 I got in Physics O Level the first time round.

Trouble is they taught me a load of bollocks in the 70s, most of it is now wrong.
Strangely enough I can still remember Newton’s equations so that might get me through.

I’m going to send them to school, although I’m not sure how long schools will be open for!

I’m rather concerned that they will bring Covid back and kill me with it, so I would be much happier if secondary school especially had a facemask policy, but they need an education.

If I had kids after 4 months I’d be sending them off to school even if it was closed by now.

Before you buy that supermarket sandwich…

I think mine will actually be happy to go back…

Surprised they need 2100 staff to meet current takeaway sandwich demand. Wouldn’t wish any of them out of a job mind.

I know from a work colleague there are already some local restrictions in place for Northampton. Wonder if it’s because of this or this is an outcome of a general issue in Northampton.

If m&s are like boots they push their staff to eat their own food

Do they do the same with their beer. It would be just about affordable with staff discount.

Not just any sandwich

Local lockdown on the cards now

Wouldn’t surprise me. My brother who lives in Oldham is expecting the pubs to get shut in the next 48 hours as locally its reported cases are still on the up.

It’s concerning how many of these flare ups are connected to food processing sites.

Crammed in and nice and cold

The summer holidays are over:

Until the isolation is enforced it’s a joke. The people that would be sensible will still be sensible but the dickheads will ignore it

That said, I’m still surprised any of these countries are letting brits in in the first place given our piss poor testing
