Interesting Speakers

It appears that there’ll be a newly made, stereo pair of Shearer horns in use at the upcoming ETF.

Albeit not the biggest version

when and where is it this year?

It’s in Belleme (France) again, the weekend of 15,16,17 November.

But will they be painted back though? Some of the responses on the FB post were quite passionate…

thanks, although given current workload there is a vanishing small chance I could make it.

I think you’d have need to have booked a while back anyway.

We’ll take plenty of pics. (of food)

Link? I didn’t see a FB post.

That’s no fucking use, it’s miles away. Tell them to move it closer please

I have a pair of speakers to give away (collection only) They are ATR Studio Monitors from Germany.
They need a bit of TLC and would suit a DIY geezer.
Bought from Graham’s Hi Fi in the 70’s as a cheaper
challenger to the Yamaha 1000m. I am told they still work but I can’t take photos and paste. (Don’t know how)

Ball park dims: 600 x 300 x 300mm with stands.

I think you’ll find that depends on which direction you’re viewing the load from :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I love a good upload in the morning

Marvelous bit of carpet you have there Dave. Axminster’s finest no doubt.

It’s probably grade 2* listed.
