bit of a mix for us this year.
Xmas day is the traditional turkey with all the trimmings (broccoli, brussels, carrots, various pig bits wrapped together, stuffed in things and on their own, and yorkshires - i know but YORKSHIRES!) and a Guiness, clove and brown sugar glazed ham on the side. In attendance will be much family and a family friend (my first school teacher) who lost her husband this year.
Boxing day is a raw vegan xmas dinner with our best friends. I know there is some resistance to this kind of thing around these parts but I actually like this kind of thing but i also like bacon, so i’ll eat both.
New years hasn’t been decided yet but it’s usually my mums rib of beef with mustard crust so got my fingers crossed.
Burger King’s finest with some irnbrew and a ice lolly.
