with a view to buying one as I set my heart on it, but found the handle very uncomfortable to hold, and the action didnāt feel right.
For everyday cooks knives, I have 4 Lion Sabatier that I bought about 15 years ago. They all sharpen nicely, they are excellent knives, and just do the job without me worrying about bashing them about a bit.

Various Henckels Twin Fin which I guess was their attempt to appeal to the Global knife market. I got them for peanuts on Amazon about 7 years ago.
The other is a 33 layer Japanese Damascus steel knife which cost about Ā£100 - sharp is not the word.
