All my neighbours here who are mostly in their 70s and 80s have my number for emergencies, and if they need errands running etc. Thankfully none have ever used text let alone a group messaging app.

Evidently I follow the wrong (or right) set of accounts and keep getting served stuff like this

Pretty similar demographic here too. A couple of young families but the average age is higher than ours.
There are a couple of arseholes but most are nice enough.
Oddly, Iā€™m yet to make any enemies :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Nothing to see here. It is clearly marked as a bus gate. Cars can use Hotwells Road or Coronation Road to enter the centre from the west. If some car drivers donā€™t pay attention to the signage, maybe they need some sort of awareness training?

In his defence that bus gate clearly isnā€™t working, way too many cars crossing it for that to be the case.

The whole Bristol bus lane and one way system is shit.
A group of us stayed in a city centre hotel a couple (maybe three) years ago and played a few neighbouring golf courses.
Everyone using Google maps was fine, everyone using inbuilt SatNav ended up getting tickets.
That gate may have been one of the reasons.
They were all appealed and all rescinded,

Now youā€™re just being silly.
