They seem to have stopped doing the “classic”, apart from some end-of-line stuff in strange colours, and now do a super heavy version instead.
They sold an awful lot during COVID with people suddenly WFH in cold houses instead of air-conditioned offices.
But ultimately, yes, it’s a poncho.
Stylish, even in enforced heating bill adversity.
To be admired.
They’re genuinely very practical.
There will doubtless be some “HOW MUCH?” butthurt but all their gear is made in Yorkshire, with mostly British materials (except the denim), by people who are paid a living wage, not by children in Bangladesh.

Ah, didn’t see these pics. I think the cropping starts with sprayed on strides. The narrower they are the shorter. I do think a trouser that just kisses the shoe with about a 16" bottom looks good, providing you are slim and getting everything else right. Socks, shoes, belt, etc…
@browellm, I think he looks pretty good, if a little boring. It’s quite a simple way of dressing. Not keen on the unstructured jacket in the paler blue, or the scarves much but I guess that’s subjective.
The most stylish people I’ve met have a look that they stick to. Most understand colour and texture, buy enough good things so they have a base that they top up but then forget about it. Tucci seems to do this quite well. I have seen him around the West End a bit (he lives in London, or did) and he does look good. Wears dark suits generally.
