For anything close to what you would think of as a pork pie one has to look to a pub or a “Scottish bakery”. There are also lots of Central American bakeries serving empanadas. French Canadian tourtiere is a pork or pork and game meat pie usually served Christmas Eve.

Today I am mostly eating this…
Crumbly but firm crust. Not too sweet with decent citrus freshness. I actually like it. I hate myself but I like the pie/tart.
£2.20 is eye watering but 8/10.
