I’m too full post supper to actually eat one, but I’ve had a little nibble of one the Wench had, and the shortness of the pastry is incredible. The Mincemeat tastes pretty good too. Clag registered in negative figures.
I know people who could help you there. Modern courier services are very efficient and there are still three whole days before Xmas.

If you go into this commercially you need a name that makes it clear that your pastry is the shortest of all. I suggest you call your pie company “The Mincing Midget”.
