....more armchair politics (Part 1)

Boris sinking to new lows…

“In the immortal words of Priti Patel or Michael Howard or some other hardline home secretary, addressing the inmates of one of our larger prisons: it’s fantastic to see so many of you here”

“I said last year we’re the Saudi Arabia of wind. Probably the Saudi Arabia of penal policy, under our wonderful home secretary”

I’m thinking of marketing a novelty toy to reflect government policy and progression. Basically it is a bump and go child’s car adorned with governmental policy promises and manifesto stickers, when operating it would reflect this governments progression, somersaults and uncertain direction. A yo-yo similarly adorned with stickers could reflect the u turns. Do you think it’s a goer ?

Truss to FO, that’s Foreign Office not wish fulfillment, Jackanory couldn’t tell better stories.

Jenrick, Williamson, Raab, Buckland.

Raab made justice secretary with sop of deputy PM so he can pretend he wasn’t demoted.

Idiot shuffling

It’s a tragedy for Jenrick. An entirely wholesome, decent & scrupulously honest fellow.
