....more armchair politics (Part 2)

Me too; my prediction comes from this fear.

Farage’s previous signings haven’t exactly been competent. Personality first, innit.

I think Boris would be a sort of emergency signing for Reform plc.

Nor me, there is only room for one gigantic conceited ego in Reform (as leader).
Johnson would never join subservient to Farage.
Farage will fill his party with has-been Tories who were once cabinet ministers to try and sell a competence and experience ticket, for the has-beens it is a a last hurrah at power.

Given how well the other legal types have done so far, Jenrick would be banished pretty quickly (although mainly for just being an obnoxious little cnut).

From Threads

Robert Jenrick complaining that the country is broken is like Fred West complaining that his patio is uneven.

He has done it for you and me.
It is our interests he is most concerned about.
We should be ever so grateful!

I suspect he’s not being entirely honest. The man is naked ambition personified. Anybody that buys the shit that he’s selling must be a fucking mug.

There lies the problem, there are enough mugs dragging their knuckles along the ground to elect the twats in the next GE.

His lack of self awareness is staggering. He really thinks he’s a heavy hitter, a leader in waiting that can win an election and become Prime Minister. Problem is everybody else can see he’s a grasping prick.
