If not then a simple question. I have a dual flush push button affair, Diall, that needs replacing. Diall are now kaput but the unit fits in on a 90 degree twist bayonet fitting (this fitting being the watertight cistern exit pipe). Is this bayonet fitting industry standard such that a dual flush unit from Fluidmaster will fit thus saving me having to remove the cistern?
If you are talking about the flush valve ābasketā that the valve slots into then no there is no industry standard. I would just try it if you have no other option. Highly unlikely to fit, but you never know.

Rather than drive up the M6, yesterday afternoon I decided to take the train to todayās meeting (in Altrincham) saving myself from the tedium of never ending roadworks and speed restrictions.
Trainline quoted Ā£190 for a return ticket, way too much. Even at 45p a mile itās still significantly cheaper to drive and probably quicker.
Stumbled across splityourticket.co.uk. enter journey and it works out the cheapest way to get there by buying separate tickets, in this case 10 for the return journey, with a total of 1 change going and 2 coming back. Same train(s) for just under Ā£85. Including their service fee. Saving Ā£105.
Check out the tickets and seat separate reservations, fortunately I found an unreserved seat so donāt have to move.
Farcical imo, only in the UKā¦
