I have been to the Fox for lunch a few times recently (my Mum lives in Grove) not bad. Have you tried the Ardington tea room foe lunch, you probably have?

Actually I haven’t. We’ve been to The Boar’s Head in Ardington a few times. It’s nice but popular, so for a party of 6-8, which we usually are, you have to book ahead and they’re quite often fully booked. I’ve walked through Ardington often. It seems like a busy and thriving village and the Barings’ place is quite grand

A few weeks ago though I crossed the main road and walked north through Ardington Wick. I don’t think they get very many visitors in Ardington Wick …
