Motoring horrors aka Edd wants

Lovely, but if it were a coupe :heart_eyes:

Me too - love the lead-sled look of the coupe roof :heart_eyes:

Had another 24 hr work trip in Europe yesterday / today. Was taxied around in a more or less brand new M3 Touring Competition with big(er) brakes.

I don’t want one, but I would like to take one around a track.

A monstrous weapon of a car.

Is anyone feeling particularly brave when it comes to restorations? If so, you can throw some spanners at this.

And possibly also whichever cleaning product gets algae off suspension subassemblies by the look of it.

This is a tough one;

On the face of it, this is a horror (and I say this as someone who admires the Multipla as an absolute masterpiece of packaging) buuuuut, it’s a road registered*, street legal** Multipla with over 1,000bhp courtesy of a socking great V8. It’s basically so awful, it’s performed a complete circuit of the observable universe and is now somewhere near epic. I don’t want to own it but I’d quite like to have a go. The track version looks amusing too;

I’d have that over the gopping GT-R thing and Audi turd in the other thread, in a heartbeat.

I can see the Bentley heritage there. Despite the obvious skill and craftsmanship that went into that car, the front is awful. That strikes me of a good example of “just because you can doesn’t mean you should”.

Fuck my eyes.

All it needs is a Chevy LS to complete the depravity.

Whoever did that should be stabbed in the face with fire and knives.

And fiery knives.

The absolute state of this Bentley. Murdered out. Stanced. After market alloys.

Puts murdered out Bendy Cuntinental on list.

Nah… fuck that; do it properly:

I mean, Bentley do stance some of their vehicles, and I don’t think this thing has standard Bentley alloys either:

As an aside, I did see the CMR Bentley running at the Spa 24hr in 2021. I’m not 100% sure, but I think that was the last competitive outing for a Continental GT3, as Bentley had ended the support program the year before. Sadly, it didn’t finish.

I suspect that underneath all the hideous carbuncles there is some kind of Porsche.

@crimsondonkey I saw that interior and thought of you:

This thing is fucking amazing. Needs proper Leyland ‘flying arsehole’ badges however…
