In a bizarre turn of events I have actually bought my first piece of Naim kit 
A ND5XS2 network streamer.
Soon to be followed by a Mu-So 2 for the extension.
I need to sit down.

Ironically, my Naim quotient is the lowest it’s been in years. People seem to be disliking it less so I moved onto Chord.

thinking of ditching our UnitiQute2 and speakers in ghe kitchen. The display is borked, and it isn’t worth enough to send it back to Naim. Works fine with the App, but quite fancy the simplicity of some active streaming speakers like the KEF LSX
I have no issues with modern Naim electronics. Their presentation isn’t like the Olive box shite of yore.
I wouldn’t touch their speakers with a barge pole though.
I’m still sticking to tubes and LVs.
Nice piece of industrial design and they sound OK. The app is absolute arse though.

that is true
we stream to it using BubbleUpNp - only use the Naim App for the radio bits. It is taking up valuable shelf space. Like the very old ProAc SuperTablettes i am using with it though.
