Saw them many times in my youth when they regularly played Northants County Ground. A sad loss.

Saw them regularly at the Greyhound in Croydon.
There were gigs every Sunday.
It seemed that whenever there wasn’t a ‘major’ band playing it was The Groundhogs, Stray or Man

Yep, they were one of my faves back in the 70s, I have all of their albums. “Split” was a game changer. I haz the sad. :disappointed_relieved:

Ah, poo :frowning:

My uncle Chris passed away on Monday morning the 5th of June after a long battle with Leukaemia.
An experimental drug program helped him on for 5 years, giving him chance to see his daughter married and have her first child.

He leaves two sons, a daughter and Eileen his wonderful wife who cared for him incredibly well.

He was my Dads remaining Brother, and helped me into my first job, something I’ll always be grateful for.

If I had a book of life’s good guys, he’d be in it.
