Fond memories of watching Tony Soper when i was much younger, RIP.
Me too, always enjoyed his programmes. ![]()
Canny innings though.
Quite a good obitâ here

Good innings and very varied career.
Maggie Smith, one of the great actors, guaranteed to raise a wry smile. Always enjoyed her roles, should have been given an honorary membership of AA, didnât suffer fools or hanger ons. R I P.
I see Clive Everton has passed away. The BBCâs decision to largely replace him in the snooker commentary booth with Stephen Hendry, Ken Doherty et al. was a huge mistake.
The decomposition would probably become a distraction sooner or later.
Have you listened to Ken Doherty recently?
still preferable to shouty twat John âwhereâs the cueball goingâ Virgo

Missed this one: Bruno Sacco. Head of Mercedes Benz design from 1975 to 1999 and instrumental in the design of the W124 E-class (and others).
Passed on September 19th, age 90.
Could this be some of his finest work?
I have one. ![]()
Kristoffer Kristofferson, 88.
Iâll always remember him for his role in Convoy. ![]()
The least thing I will ever remember him for
