Just watched the entire men’s road race (I have Covid, so 6 hours on the sofa was no problem). Epic stuff with a near-twist in the tail.

So you had a VAR system for the skeet shooting but the IOC tell you not to bring or use it in the olympics.
GB lose gold because of a stupid judging decision when it’s absolutely clear from the video that it was hit.

Well it would have kept her in the shoot off, she wouldn’t necessarily have won gold even if it had counted.
The Chilean shooter had a shot called as a miss that she was convinced was a hit in the round previous. If that had counted there wouldn’t have been a shoot off at all.
the video replay showed that was a miss.
