Bad parking is an art and the Corsa driver has put no thought into it - simply blocked the pavement.
Conversely, the car in the foreground has got it 100% right. That slight angle gives genuine optimism to the pram pusher that there is room to pass, only to find that as they arrive at the door mirror their hopes are crushed. Genius!
