Not bad at all Mike, might have used a little bit too much lubrication flour on the peel, but apart from that…at least there wasn’t much charcoal on the edges

Polenta works well for lubrication and gives a nice crisp . I mix it with flour as too much can char and burn especially if you’re making a few pizzas
