Tip: Roast all the veg slowly first. Roughly chop or rough blend afterwards.

I added rice flour, breadcrumbs, chia seeds, and an egg. Once mixed and formed they were chilled in the fridge for 3 hours.

Made a large batch of the mix for the beet & bean burgers from the '10 best’recipe link up the thread.
Quite faffy to do but looking forward to eating some later.
