That was why I bought them. It felt wrong buying US meat but I needed to try them. They’re about an inch and a half thick too (which imo is the right thickness). When they’re too thin they cook too quick and it’s harder to get them medium rare.

Spent a couple of hours this afternoon preparing Nadan Chicken Perelan. Just need to boil the rice, reheat the curry and add the final few ingredients for dinner. Pic to follow

that is jacket potato skin custard, with stuff I cant remember. It was amazing, the essence of jacket potato.
