Watermelon and apple salad, pumpkin sesame seed chicken schitzel, and giant cous cous with sultanas, pecans, figs and date molasses.

It will be made again…

should have said, I could have sent you some stone flower

Although you can make your own paneer I’ve never been convinced it’s worth the extra hassle. The stuff you can buy is pretty good and unless you can genuinely improve on it, then your effort is better spent on how you are going to cook it imo.

the stuff we can buy in our supermarkets round here is rank. Texture of rubber. We always make our own, and it is well worth the effort.

Yes, there’s usually two types, the cream coloured rubbery one, and the white non rubbery pretty good one.

The first time it was something fun to do with the kids- second time was my obsessive side wanting to see if I could improve it  …which I couldn’t :joy:

Top: Chorizo, meat balls, chicken, anchovies and stuff.

Mine: N’duja, spinach, Grana Padana and Mozzarella.

Proper lush :+1:

They’re all winners.

You make those Terry? If you did, they’re admirably round :slightly_smiling_face:
Except for the chicken, don’t like chicken on pizza.

They are from 100 metres from my front door…

Still looking, we’re up in Norfolk again next week.

Couldn’t afford Oxon though - £675k is way above our budget :face_with_hand_over_mouth:
