Will be making something spicy with Paneer for lunch as I’m home today.
One of my all time favourites. I like the west indian food place in the food market in Bristol.
I hear Rice n tings is decent too.
Weirdly, Rice ‘n’ tings occupies the building that used to be the clubhouse of the rugby team I played for!
There is also an Indian food place (Spice Up Your Life) in St Nick’s Market that does a mean on-the-bone goat curry.
I’ve called this Brexit inspired dish Two Pies.
Serve tepid accompanied by HP to detract from whatever meatstuff is inside. Ice cold Belgian premium lager delivered by can… in a nod to the once working man.

Thanks- I did remember you offering but was an impulse buy (then I didn’t actually use it ) The £3 bag is clearly enough to last for years…although every recipe says “a leaf” (‘leaves’ range from minuscule to massive in the bag I got) or a “tiny piece” (relative??)
