using Osso Buco slices of shin of beef, the bone marrow adds some unctiousness to the sauce. Served with buttered egg noodles.
Large helping of sabayon and dulce de leche ice cream in front and slightly less large helping of mascarpone and strawberry at the back. Both lush.

This was in Buenos Aires where there are loads of excellent ice cream places. This was Freddo which is one of the bigger chains but still produces great ice cream. Don’t tend to eat that much in the UK although I did enjoy Chin Chin Labs in Camden Lock a little while ago.
Pollack in mustard seed, onion and cornichon soon to be topped with cream once cooked served with new potatoes.
