I’ve got a place in Anglesey and sticking to that 20mph is challenging, though I really do try.
It feels like you are driving at walking speed.

I actually walk at about 1mph, so 20 feels quite brisk

I don’t think I can go anywhere without driving through a significant stretch of average speed cameras, fixed cameras or plod van spots. So I tend to stick close to the limit where possible and take my fun from anticipating, idiots, maintaining the correct line through corners, etc.
I do wish the go slow brigade would fuck off though, 40 in a 60 just because you can’t afford fuel for your leased cuntsled or have to have a black box for insurance is annoying and borderline dangerous.
It’s a travesty when it’s a relief to get behind a rural bus, they have an aggressive schedule to keep and are usually the fastest things on the road nowadays.
