What speed is it recorded at? 3.75 or 7.5 ips?
I’ve got that on vinyl and absolutely love it.
7.5 ips. It’s up there as one of my favourites.

Welcome to the worm hole. When it’s right it’s amazing. When it’s not it is frustrating. Sourcing the tapes is the challenge they have got spendy.
I blame @crimsondonkey for this.

Latest purchase -
Sealed copy with the original price sticker of $7.95 (early 1960s?) from a house clearance.
I’ll give more or less anything ‘Living Stereo’ on RCA Victor a go due to the quality of the recording and transfer process from other records & tapes I’ve listened to.

Mine is used to hide a big buck transformer… ethernet switch …mains block etc etc …it does that really well …

I can’t remember tbh …think it’s 2 track …got it years ago and didn’t use it much …novelty ran out within days …can’t see the face of the heads to confirm.
I got the reel motors running and stopping correctly (caps) …then had tape problems…variable quality… deposits on heads …it needs a complete refurb. ..so ended up as ornament …
