does anyone know a way to manually update Roon album list as when I add albums via Qobuz/Tidal it can take days for Roonâs app to show new additions?
Donât use Roon, but canât you do a rescan of your library?
I can see how to scan a local library but not how to quickly update the streaming servicesâ lists
If you go into the relevant service via Settings/Services there is a sync option - that might speed it up

Roon search is a joke at the moment. What a decision to move it to cloud providers only.

Just in a Docker on my NAS. Itâs been on doing not much at all - just serving an SBR for internet radio duties but I had it rescan my full music library with plugins:
Qobuz
online music integration
Music and Artist Information
Material skin (browsing from a laptop mainly)

Having issues with Roon crashing/not connecting so emailed them (as the forum account associated with my subscription is banned) got a response they donât provide email support with a link to the online support form
Complete the online form which now just creates a post on the forum. Get an email that it is denied because my account is banned. So I sign up to the community using different email and do the form again using my subscription account in the details.
Thread gets posted in the support section and shortly after deleted and my new account banned.
roon - banned users are not allowed to access the forum
me - ok can I log the ticket by email
roon - no we only provide support via the forum
me - how do I get support for my problem then
roon - as a banned user you cannot access the forum
me - ok can you cancel my subscription and refund the outstanding as Roon doesnât currently work
roon - no we donât offer refunds

donât think that would make a difference, the guy couldnât find my roon server to enable diagnostics as it wasnât associated with my forum account and asked me to dump the logs and upload them manually
Told him it is running under my original roon account, shortly after that it was deleted and banned
The same thing will just happen again the moment they ask for logs
