This was really nice. Frozen spinach which I thawed in microwave then pressed and drained for a while before chopping. Fried the bori low and slow and they were even nicer.

Going to make the fish bori aubergine and potato recipe with mustard oil tonight.

just done a red rickshaw order - nice website. Stocked up on Urid Dal, Mustard Oil, fresh curry leaves, whole Kashmiri chillies, frozen methi etc…

I’m pleased to say that my wife is making 2 large vats of curry base sauce. This is what 85 cloves of garlic look like.

They do look mega. I never order beef ribs at a BBQ joint. I’ve tried them and find them a bit too beefy tasting. I need to persevere with them I think.

Rendang. I think over cooked, I know it should be dry but not sure this dry. I felt the same last time I cooked it too.

Lamb pasanda from the base sauce. I know it’s a girls curry but it was lovely.
