The last time I made it, no. I think the time before I did but it may have been Kaju Paneer. :thinking: Anyway, it stayed together well, only losing the odd corner.

Fuck yeah.

Paneer is really soft yet has held together.

Oh yeah, I used ghee instead of oil, that was the other change.

Yes, I roll them to about a 4 inch dia circle then hand stretch to about an 8/9 inch dia. I love making flatbread, the only one I really want to but can’t is Malaysian parathas which are mouth-watering but impossible in a domestic kitchen without the right equipment.
DId you make your chapatti? impressive consistency in size.

I haven’t made my own for years. I have some atta flour arriving with my red rickshaw order.

I used to make stuffed paratha as well…yum.

Here are my home made masoor dal bori

This is the first batch I made, now all eaten. Current batch were dried on poppy seeds so have a poppy seed base.

A favourite of mine too.

Made these, with sprouted mung beans…fucking amazing

2 each, 1 just with kandi podi and the other with an egg. Spread the dosa, crack an egg on top and spread over the top with kandi podi sprinkled. Cook as normal then flip and cook for 30 secs.

More pom molasses next time , really nice recipe, to be explored. In the end i think i underdone the chilli quantity @wayward …i will and get hold of the kashmiri for next time
