Never heard of takeaway ?
I haven’t, not for the last 3 1/2 years anyway.
3 1/2 years ? Jeez, how time has flown.
3 years and 8 months actually. Yes, time has flown!
I like to match the takeaway and involve the kids in the cooking AMAP. Occasionally we better it, apparently.
Looks great- what’s in the kofte?
Potatoes, paneer ginger, cumin, turmeric and chopped coriander. coated in spiced gram and rice flour.
that paneer looks very good. Over pressed mine a little.
Oh yes! That looks perfect.
Is that the Hebbars? Great recipe if so, really delicious.
Yeah- I upped the liquid to 2 cups and used whey from making the paneer
Wish I’d saved more of the whey for palak paneer tomorrow, but I didn’t realise it would make so much. I got ~480g, I guess curds from the yoghurt as well.
Did you fry your paneer? This is the first time I’ve been brave enough not to fry home made paneer before cooking in liquid…
