Not new nor in the system yet but having a proper look at the Neat P68.
Needs a plinth of some kind. It came with a Shure M3D but it maybe a good home for my GE cartrdges. Arm is cool looking.

Nice,looks like it means business
Bakelite arm?
I recently bought Dave’s IO Gold and Slagle Silver SUT.
In tandem with the superb SUT it’s easily the most spectacular cartridge I’ve owned.
I just wish Dave was still here and enjoying it as much as I do.
RIP Dave.
He’d be chuffed to know it went to one of the forum good-guys Phil
Very nice Phil and I couldn’t agree more regarding Dave.
No, metal I think.
I supplied him with that one and it did seem to be a really nice sounding example. Great to see it’s gone to a good home.
Thanks Guy.
It’s a quite incredible upgrade to the Voyd.
I really enjoyed the Decca, but combined with the Slagle, this is another level completely.
Good to know you’re enjoying it Phil
Dave would love that I’m sure
Just the one?
Yes, but it is a 16" with a 1500w amp, so adequacy has been achieved
What frequency are you crossing at?
Depends on the amp - recently I had Mark’s Art Audio Argento and the sub was working very well xing over at 80.
I had to return Mark’s amp yesterday and Pete is modifying the SITs (because hum) so I’m currently using a Henry/Pass J, kindly loaned by Gregg.
The sub has been far more difficult to dial in with the Pass, so still experimenting. Currently have it set at 60hz, but still not quite right.
Fortunately, the sub I chose (SVS SB16) has a phone app to control it, so adjustments can be made on the fly from the sweet-spot.
Should be good
