Spotify Is Really Wank

Funnily enough I’m just flexing one of the reasons why I like Qobuz.

I had serious problems with the software in the past, but that seems to have been ironed out. And as someone who buys the occasional download the “Sublime” subscription with chunky discounts on hi-res downloads is great.

If you need another reason to ditch these losers, just discovered they host Andrew Tate’s podcasts.

Jesus fucking christ.

Yeah they’re the enemy.

That did it - Sam’s finally cancelled - cheers for the heads-up :+1:

Those utilities that copy your playlists and library over are decent by the way. I used one when I moved from Tidal → Qobuz.

Think it was Soundiiz.

Looks a good option Mark, thanks.

AI music tailored to my taste to lighten my onerous dronehood. What’s not to like? Why do tech bros hate human culture so much?

How do you find Qobuz Mark ?

Since kicking Spotify in to touch I don’t currently stream anything but do quite like the look of Qobuz.

Never looked back. I binned Tidal off because of their suicidal policies on MQA. Migrated a big library over to Qobuz and there was really very little missing - about 30 or so albums perhaps? The utility will tell you what’s missing before you import.

Sounds good - I’ll give it try cheers.

You can import playlists from Spotify direct to Deezer or Qobuz (The two I have done myself) without a third party app.
Though you probably need your Spotify account to be open at the time you do it.

I’ve taken out the monthly Studio sub - thanks for the nudge.

Looks very promising and as Kev said I’ve transferred a few of my favourite playlists from Spotify with only a couple of the more obscure tracks missing.

The one function I did notice which absolutely shits all over Spotify is being able to search by label. :ok_hand:

Also signed up for the months trial.
Great not having to boot up the laptop every time for music.

I’ve also signed up for the free month trial with a view to binning Spotify.
