One with a cd drive to rip to a hd and with digital out?
Also needs to be really simple to use

Innuos do some, don’t know if they have internal storage.

Think Nick was selling an Eversolo. Its long gone. But that still needs an external drive to rip.

I’m thinking of moving mine on. It has ability to attach a usb cd rom, for not only cd playback, but also for ripping. Has a host of upsampling tech, and outputs to any format you could wish
It also takes internal storage or any external usb drive.

I did say my memory was hazy (at best)
Is there such a thing as the above only in the sub 200 notes category?
Looking for the ability to sit on the sofa and play loads of tracks through my system and not have to disturb the sleeping cat in my lap.
Obviously a remote control solution would be a must!

Sorry …I can’t remember if it was the wiim I streamed my music library which was on my laptop…or the linn sneaky I had at the time. I’m almost certain you can.
There are quite a few things it can do and I’ve not tried to them all.

I have a Wiim Pro. It’s brilliant.
Fed into a good DAC (in my case, the one in my Gato DIA-250), it’s bafflingly good for the money.
